This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from urbanohm.com, operated by Urban Ohm AB, registered in Sweden.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the countries listed at checkout.
If your country is not available, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country
  • Shipping method selected
  • External factors such as carrier delays or customs processing

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable taxes or duties are handled according to EU regulations unless otherwise stated.

5. Delays

If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

We reserve the right to charge the customer for return shipping and handling costs.

Refunds, if applicable, will exclude shipping costs.

7. Damaged Shipments

  • Description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged package and product

This allows us to assist you promptly.

8. Digital Products

Digital products (such as downloadable PDF guides) are delivered electronically and not subject to shipping.

Delivery occurs immediately after purchase via download link or email.

9. Customs and Duties (if applicable)

For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
