These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made from urbanohm.com, operated by Urban Ohm AB, registered in Sweden (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We sell both physical products (including books, pens, scented candles, incense, and incense holders) and digital products (downloadable PDF guides).

Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur, especially for handcrafted or natural products.


3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout. Payment is charged when the order is confirmed, unless otherwise specified.


4. Order Confirmation and Agreement

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email.

A binding purchase agreement is concluded when the order is dispatched (for physical products) or when digital content is delivered.


5. Delivery

Physical Products

We deliver physical products to the countries listed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
If delivery is delayed, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Digital Products

Digital products (PDF guides) are delivered electronically immediately after purchase via download link or email.


6. Right of Withdrawal – Physical Products

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical products within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • Notify us by email at info@urbanohm.com within 14 days of receiving your order 
  • Return the goods within 14 days from when you notified us.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.


7. No Right of Withdrawal – Digital Products

For digital products (downloadable PDF guides), the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable EU law.


8. Condition of Returned Goods

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

You may examine the goods as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been handled beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value.


9. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Refunds include the purchase price and standard delivery costs (excluding return shipping costs).

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.


10. Complaints and Defective Goods

If a physical product is defective or incorrect, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

Complaints must be submitted by email to info@urbanohm.com within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

If the complaint is approved, we will cover return shipping and offer repair, replacement, or refund.


11. Liability and Safety Disclaimer

Candles, incense, and similar products must be used according to provided instructions and general safety guidelines.

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of products, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.


12. Personal Data and GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data is used to:

  • Process and deliver orders
  • Handle customer service
  • Fulfill legal obligations

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or technical failures.


14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
